How to get rid of a spot

Like a huge one. I have never really suffered from spots, just the odd one here and there but at the age of 41 I have the biggest spot ever that just won’t go. It’s one of those ones that is under the skin and is really obvious but doesn’t seem to come out fully. I have had it over two weeks and it looks angry but has no ‘head’. I don’t want to squeeze it as I don’t like that plus I think it’s just too big and I would have to root around a lot to make it squeeze-able. Does anyone have any ideas what I can use to try and shift it? It’s making me miserable!

I've got a huge one too. It's giving me a headache.

Oh I thought toothpaste was a myth, perhaps I will give that a shot. Have lots of sudocreme too, no tcp or tea tree but will put it on my list. It’s a persistent bugger!

Hydrocolloid dressing. It draws the spot to a
Head and it disappears. No need for picking/squeezing and it doesn't leave a scar. It's like magic.
