Nothing spectacular.

I think that's 'Legs' McGee?

KondoKonvert · 15/04/2019 17:15

😂😂

I didn't think it was anything worrying but I've never seen one like it in the house and wondered if anyone knew what it was!

I have no idea however there's an app called iNaturalist which you can take photos of flora and fauna and it suggests what it could be. I absolutely love it and if you find something vaguely interesting it can be logged by the ecologists with the location etc.

That's quite gushing. I assure you I'm not affiliated!

@DieCryHate thanks! I'll have a wee look!

Smile Most of these posts are people freaking out and just need to hear it's nothing deadly/rare.

It looks most like a Stripe Legged Spider, Harpactea hombergii. They're most common scuttling around leaf litter, but turn up in houses frequently.

KondoKonvert · 15/04/2019 17:33

Ha ha - yes - I'm not ready to burn the house down yet!

Thanks - will have a look!

I think that it popped out of a bag of apples and the closest I could see is a grass spider.
