My DC favourite game on CBPTI - The Teletubbies one has stopped working on her amazon fire tablet.
They don't play on it much, but uses it when sitting on the toilet (tail end of potty training-getting pretty good now !) ⭐️
So the app will load and I can select the game from the menu but when it loads you can hear all the audio (even the play button is present) but it's either on a dark (no picture) or severely flickering screen.
All the other games within the app are working which is the weird thing as I'd put it down to potential device fault but everything else seems fine !! I've tried going on the CBeebies website but can't really find any tech support options - if anyone else can I'd love to know how you found it 
Any IT pros out there that might be able to shed some light ?? Pleeeeeeaase 🤞🏻🤞🏻
