Anyone had this weird sensation before?

I don’t know if this is part of my drug induced involuntary movement disorder that I have (called tardive dyskinesia), the associated anxiety that comes with it, or just a plain old idiosyncratic part of me, but the other day I had the most odd sensation like I was trapped inside my head and could feel the thoughts moving through it (and I was part of these thoughts in my brain). 😳😱 It was VERY peculiar and when it went away, I was so glad!

Am I going mad? If I told my doctor this, would they look very concerned?

Possibly - but not in a "we have to put you away now" way! Definitely worth talking to your doctor about, as that sort of separation disorder can become really awful on your mental health if it keeps happening. It might be a known side effect of your current drugs (if you are on any now - can't quite tell if the drug-induced is current or old), or may need some separate treatment if it persists.
