How do I restrict access for one friend on fb?

You can just go up to the bit above when you type a status or post and it’ll say FRIENDS in a wee box. If you click that you can manually select any friends you want to exclude.

You can create lists if I remember rightly. I had a list of close friends so I could share posts with just them sometimes. I also had a list of colleagues that I could exclude from posts! I can't remember exactly how but it is possible so Google should tell you how.
