If you're an agency worker do you accrue holiday pay during SMP

I was an agency worker. I became pregnant and went onto SMP after I left. Would I have accrued holiday during my SMP time? Does anyone know?

I don't know about agency workers but ordinarily you would accrue holiday during maternity leave. Have you asked whoever is paying your SMP?

I woudnt have thought so as surely you dont have a contract. I'm surprised you get smp.
