It wasn't like this last summer 
I go away in one week, do I
A) resign myself to it, eat big bag of crisps and double boost bar washed down with some wine because I'm now feeling sad
B) not eat the above and think it's possible to lose a few lbs in a week??
Really wasn't planning on having to buy a whole new swimwear wardrobe gahhhh
