It's Dh's birthday today, he's not a big one for celebrating but I did say I'd cook us a nice meal tonight. Yesterday I picked up a free range organic corn Fed chicken yellow stickered. Proper bargain 
I'd just like to do something a bit different with it than the usual standard roast chicken dinner. To make things slightly more complicated he's gluten and dairy intolerant and if it makes any odds we're having pavlova for dessert (made with coconut cream)
Obvs whatever I do I will make the leftover chicken last for another 4 days in true mumsnet style.
