Any yachties out there? Need present ideas

Fab friend is shortly off sailing around Britain ( I know!). Would love to buy her a bon voyage gift but it obviously needs to be stowable.
Any ideas? Am out of my comfort zone with this one!

A good pair of sailing gloves are always handy, I use Gull ones which are really good, you can pay as much or as little as you like, they start from around 10 to 15 quid. If she wears sailing boots (which she probably will if they are doing overnighters) a good pair of sailing socks, a thermal mug because your tea and coffee goes cold very quickly. Luxury hot chocolate is lovely after a cold wet sail too. Have a look on Force Four website.

Bottle of whisky?
Neck warmer headband thing so you can go into pub without hair standing on end...
Silk pillowcase?
Micro fibre towel?
Crocs for loos & showers?

It really depends what the set up is. Is she crewing for friends? Is it a big boat? If she is a regular sailor she will have all her own kit. Gloves & hats are difficult, she may have loads of pairs or prefer a certain make.
I think a Rescue kit will be safest. Posh hit chocolate, Stugeron, a good Gin & warm bedsocks....

She's experienced. Dosing a solo trip which is obviously a huge deal. I wanted to wish her well. I Like the Rescue pack idea

Decent SPF lip balm
Warm, thin socks and gloves which can be worn in bed if chilly
A thermomug
A good towel, like a foutala type thing
