Bonfire neighbours running summer

So we have had a few dry sunny days and the neighbours behind me have started with bonfires again, now nothing against anyone having a bonfire but when it’s every single day for the whole of summer it’s just to much.

She has the bonfire right up against my back fence and they can start anywhere from around 6pm usually I have windows open, washing on line, kids playing out etc any whatever it is she finds to burn it lets off a thick black smoke and fumes are awful meaning we spend the whole of summer inside with windows closed and can’t even sit out, also convinced by the size of the flames that my fence and garden will go up in flames.

We both live on housing association houses, no point talking to her as she is unhinged, what are the laws for bonfires and can we at least enjoy our garden for part of the summer?

Report her to the housing association. I doubt they would be happy about the potential risk of property damage.

I intend to currently I'm just starting a log of dates times etc just to show how often it is, trying to find out if there are any real laws

Are gardens aren't big so the fire is literally 6 metres from my back door
