Anyone have a decent single mattress they'd recommend? Suitable for adults

I need one for occasional use but I want it to be genuinely really comfortable.

And of course not break the bank.

Hoping that's not too much to ask!

I have a firm IKEA HAFSLO in a double, but it's also available in a single. I find it very comfortable I like a firm mattress and hate sleeping on mattresses with a topper.

Yes to Ikea. DS has one and it is very good.

Haha, also came on to say IKEA. We’ve replaced 3 beds recently with ikea ones, and everyone says how comfy they are.One is a guest bed and even our guests have remarked on it.

We have 2 Hovag mattresses, and mine and DHs is a Hokkasen.

What's comfortable for one person will be awful for another.

Unlike PP I need a softer mattress and will wake up with awful back ache if I'm on a firm one.

Really you need to go to the relevant shop and spend time physically lying on them to try them out.
