Fairly specialist knowledge I'm looking for, I've tried to do the research myself but honestly my head is starting to hurt!

it has been brought to my attention in recent months that I may be an ultra rapid metaboliser in relation to a particular enzyme production and I'd like to learn more.

The reason is because I am having real problems finding medication I can take without suffering major side effects or their not working at all for a variety of issues not just the ocd but the OCD is the main thing I need to sort.

But my primary and secondary care people admit they know nothing about this and I'm struggling to find accessible and reliable information on this.

A recent conversation led me to realise this problem has massively exacerbated, in fact I'm debating contacting my GP to check some dates as it may even have only started, following an accident I had, the person I was discussing this with has another client with similar issues, they also experienced an increase in problems following an accident.

I believe it may be possible that I suffered a relatively minor injury to an organ that's gone unnoticed that could be the reason for the increase in problems.

My health overall has massively gone downhill since that accident, but until now I put it down to bad luck and aging, now I'm not so sure.

I'd really like to get to the bottom of it as I'm really fed up with being so ill and so tired and in so much pain every day.

I'd be very grateful if any experts in pharmacology, long term post traumatic effects or enzyme effects could answer.

Very happy to receive responses by pm if you prefer.
