Just been cleaning and all of a sudden got a tightness in my throat/jaw that has since travelled.
It is now at the base of my throat travelling down in to my sternum. Almost feels as if something is constricting.
I feel fine other than that but the pain has made me stop and it makes me want to hold my breath.
Is this heartburn or indigestion? I've never had this specific feeling before.
