Holiday help - family of 6

By this time next year, we will be a family of 6. 4 kids aged 12, 10, 2 and 1.

I am trying to find an all inclusive holiday for my husband's 40th birthday with excellent kids clubs and a suite which we can all share, preferably with a private outdoor area but not essential. We don't really want to fly more than 5 hours from the UK and we don't want to be in separate rooms.

Any recommendations?

My children are grown now, we have 6 sons so it was camping or caravan in France or Cornwall for years ! But my friends who have children that age all recommend Turkey for the all inclusive style holiday x
