Convince me I can still do martial arts after 40!

I've been doing it for a few years, even have some belts!
But since I turned 40 I've lost my confidence a bit. Like there's a horrible little voice in my head saying 'you're too old for this now and you look silly'

Even if you did look silly no one will tell you for fear of you putting them on their arse!

If you are worried about injury then I can understand some manoeuvres might be best avoided but I am in full admiration of you and certainly don’t think you would silly.
