DS1 has fallen and landed near some glass

He is 10 and only just told us this happened. He now believes he may have got some in his fingers.
He said they're stinging and painful to touch, but he has no visible cuts or bits of glass or anything.
Im right to tell him his fingers are not going to drop off and he'll be fine aren't i?

IME glass can make it in with very little visible injury. If you rub the skin and he winces then there is something in there (and you’ll need to get it out).

Ah bugger. How am i meant to get something out that i can't see or feel
