We're having honey-barbecue chicken, garlic parmesan roast potatoes and salad.

Pudding was creme egg McFlurrys on the way home from the park :)

How about you?

Meatballs and pasta. Meatballs much smaller than normal as DH (who doesn't normally do shopping) picked up the tiniest packet of minced beef from Aldi.

Cooked breakfast - sausage, poached egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans and toast. My favourite treat!

Pepperoni pastry things from Asda with oven chips and coleslaw.

Weiner schnitzel, sauerkraut and apples, mashed potatoes and green beans

Vegetable quiche and mashed potato with broccoli and asparagus 😋

Beef tacos. Can't wait! 😋

Absolutely delish!

Roast fillet of beef. Cauliflower cheese. Roast potatoes, onions and carrots. DH wants rice too for extra carbs. Gravy.

We had enchilada casserole, delicious!! Clean plates all round

Roast leg of lamb, potato cakes & stir fried green beans with chilli & garlic!! We’re off work. Not my usual Thursday night dinner!

We had cassava curry with garlic naan.

Caramelised onion burgers with curly fries and salad.

We had salmon steaks, new potatoes, carrots, green beans and purple sprouting broccoli. I'm not feeling too well so it was an easy tea.

Medallion steaks with peppercorn sauce and salad in the garden these all sound super yummy

Tacos with grated cheese, Soured cream, salsa and cherry tomatoes and spring onions. I am so excited

Chicken fajita pie!

Homemade curry, sweet potato and chicken with poppadoms and rice, but I forgot the naan breads and to tired to go out or make them which is a real shame. Looking forward to curry though!

Fish pie and veg, comfort food!

Turkey breast steak fillets baked in stuffing, served with dry roast potatoes. Broccoli, carrots and cauli. Gravy and cranberry sauce.

DH is making a tuna pasta thing as I type.

He doesn't often cook so I'm not sure whether to look forward to it or not!

Chipper, just waiting for dh to come home with it now.

I usually cook salmon with veggies.
