Fitbit Versa isn’t syncing

Does anybody know what’s wrong with it? It’s claiming I have walked 0 steps today and I most definitely have!

Mine does this every few months. Turn your phone off and then on again and it should start syncing again. If that fails then turn your Bluetooth off and then on again. One of those always works for me

Maybe try signing out of the app and deleting it. Download it again and sign in. This worked for my partner

My Charge did this recently, tried everything. Spoke to FitBit support and tried everything again, nothing worked. Then about two days later it just randomly started working again!

Things to try:

  • Turn Bluetooth off and on again
  • Force-close the Fitbit app
  • Restart your Fitbit
  • Wait for Fitbit's servers to come back online (sometimes this is the issue)

I have this with my Fitbit Ionic all the time. Especially Saturday mornings, perhaps they can't cope with all the parkrunners?

I wish they gave you the option of using a cable to a laptop and not always having to use Bluetooth.

I turn my phone off and one again and that usually works.

My DP had this - spoke to Fitbit and the upshot was - replacement Versa - google it and you will find A LOT of issues with it.... Sorry!

Make sure there is no update for the app...I had this issue and updating the app solved it.
