So basically my daughter used her bus pass that was 5 days out of date. It was confiscated from her on the bus home. Will i get a charge for it, she's really worried, as it was a genuine mistake and she was crying coming home? Do you think that the bus company will send me a letter or will we just get off, as her bus pass did have details on (our address). She didn't get told she would be prosecuted, but she had it taken away. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
