Gum, lozenges or inhaler... best way to stop smoking?

Help me quit! Which one should I try first?

I’ve done cold turkey several times but always end up back on them. Never tried NRT before.

Anyone had success?

I bought the Paul McKenna hypnosis after trying all the other nicotine replacements that failed for me. It felt ridiculously easy quitting. Off them 12 years now and no weight gain on quitting either. I'd highly recommend it.

Nicorette quickmist spray is fantastic and gives you a proper nicotine rush

Vape! I smoked for like 15 years and tried everything out there to quit. Vaping is the only thing that's ever worked, I'm 5 years smoke free in October.

Champix got me off the fags

Vaping seems to work well.

Vaping. Am nearly at 7 years free of cigs after smoking for 40+. The only instnace inlife of having my cake & eating it. And I did not put on weight.

I tried all the nrt and vaping but to me it was just prolonging the agony obviously vaping or nrt is better than smoking but you are just transferring your addiction.
A combination of champix and Alan Carr worked for me smoked 20 a day for 20 years stopped 7 years ago will never do it again and can't stand it now.
What ever you do good luck it literally the best thing you will ever doSmile

Vaping or patches. The others taste rank.

DP also used Champix. He says he couldn't believe how easy it was and he'd been a heavy smoker for years, and tried just about everything else that you mention and failed.

I tried everything, but vaping did it for me.
