Ever since I got the coil fitted I've had really horrible periods and lots of in-between spotting. My dh is a great guy bless him but he's never had the stomach to errr... ride the crimson wave, if you catch my drift. As such our physical relations have taken a slight nosedive in recent years.
I've seen a lot of internet chatter about this ziggy cup which basically is part menstrual cup, part let's you have decided during your period mess free. I've read a few reviews but they've not really been written particularly well and obviously everybody's experience is different. Has anybody tried it out? I don't want to splurge £30+ on something that's absolutely useless.
