What colour eye is this? Photo attached

Please help me settle an argument... what colour eye would you say this is?

It is my sisters eye, she says they are blue, I said green. Strange though, on photos of her as a child, they do look more blue! Mine are brown... not very exciting.

In that photo they are dark green.

Dark green,similar to mine but as I have brown in the centre of my eyes people say i have brown eyes....mine are geeen!

They are similar to my dp's eyes which appear to be anything from grey to bright blue to green depending on the light and his mood. Mine are Amber with a dark brown ring which some people mistake for hazel. Which sounds exciting buts it's really just washed out brown.

I knew a girl at school who was blonde, and had truly leaf-green eyes You'd think she was wearing coloured contacts.

My sister has always thought she had blue eyes. She has ginger hair, and apparently this makes her the rarest colour of hair/eyes in the world... or something. She was quite put out when I said they looked green to me. My mum insists they are blue too. Trivial I know, but they were both quite annoyed!

What skin colour does she have? Blue eyed redheads have cool pink toned skin, whereas brown/green eyed ones tend to have warm yellow toned skin.

Definitely green by the way, second choice brown.

Is it a blue eye with a brown colour around the pupil? If yes one of my children's eyes are like this and often change colour with what they are wearing. Sometimes looking green but often looking grey.
