Dan TDM tour

Has anybody been to a Dan TDM show before? He has just announced his next tour and there is one we could get to.
Is it worth the money and travel (would involve a stay over and a 2 1/2 drive)? My sons are 7 and 5? Dan is the only YouTuber they are allowed to watch and they think he is great.

I did it a few years ago with ds (then 7) we did the meet and greet.
I can't remember specifics from the show other than it was a big hit with ds.

What does the actual show involve? Trying to work out of its worth the money or not!

I took DS a few years ago. My biggest memory of it was that it was so loud!

DanTDM chose a few kids from the audience up to do some gaming (on a big screen) during some bits, but a lot of it was a kind of pantomime where he and his friend were trying to save his pug from some evil thing (I can't remember what!)

DS has asd and I thought he was going to struggle during the first few minutes, but he really enjoyed it, as did all the other kids, judging by the noise!

We were away for our nearest show, so we also travelled and stayed at a hotel- I think it was worth it Smile

Thank you all. I am really torn, oldest is sensitive to noise and finds things like pantomimes stressful so it might be a bit too much for him. Plus husband will be away with work so I would have to rope in an older niece or nephew to come along.
I think I will have a search on YouTube for some past footage and show it to them and see what they think (I know I could have done this to start with, but Mumsnet always so useful for hearing the voices of experience)
