How long do you think it usually takes to hear back about a house offer?

Put my offer in on Monday as apparently there was a high number of interest in the property and this was the final day to make your best offer.

I’ve heard nothing since. Am I just being impatient? Just hard when you fall in love with a property

It took us a week after the best and final offer day to get the call. It was torture waiting—but good news in the end.

About a week for us to hear ours was accepted

They usually tell you when the sealed bids are to be opened. Then some run checks to make sure what you have said is accurate (ie that your house sale is progressing well etc).

They may have to balance highest price with ability to complete.
