Had anyone tried this? Any good? Not got loads to lose, but failing miserably at the moment...

try the weightloss board.

you've taught me something though OP. I thought Noom was the printed marshmallow people (one of the Middletons' projects?) but apparently it's a weightloss thing, and Boomf is the marshmallow company.
