How are your Easter hols going so far?

Day 2 here.

Weather shit.

Off to a free 'dressing up' workshop thing locally at 1.30pm. have to say what i'd really like to be doing is curling up under my duvet and having a couple of hours sleep. All kind of stresses going on at the moment.

Kids bored..bickering..making lots of noise/mess.

They are both booked into a holiday club tomorrow though for the day, which also happens to be my birthday (win) so looking forward to lunch with my friend, child free..whoop!

Next week will be better as off to in-laws back end of the week for a few days, and I think a change of scene all round will be good for everyone.

How is everyone else getting on?

Pretty crap - I have radiotherapy nearly every day of the holidays. But DS is being really good (cos then he gets Lego movie stickers).
We have managed to do a trip to a petting farm to see the lambs & chicks though & have a cinema trip planned for my day off on Thursday

Wish mine were on holiday they're absolutely shattered!

Pretty good. Dh had to drop an order to north west France so we've driven from Calais to roscoff (with a stopover) then spent the last couple of days driving back. Monday in saint malo and bayeux and today visiting the Normandy landing beaches and now on our way to rouen for the night. Weather has been pretty good. Work when I get back but we should have time for a few more days out next week.

My "Fosties" aren't finished until Friday, but that means we got a really cheap week at Butlins for the second week

Day 2 here it’s going ok. Lazy day yesterday.
Today we enjoyed breakfast at the local Wetherspoons before going to a local farm, which was lovely. The baby lambs were so cute. However I’ve just discovered I’m missing £10 and I think I must have handed over 2 by accident when I paid for farm entry.
Off to York for the day tomorrow with friends, so the help with the kids will be great.

I don't break up until Friday 😊

Rough. Day 2 & I've managed to put my back out quitr severely. DH is off work as we're meant to be painting and ripping up old carpets, oh and clearing sons room & disassembling his bed as we have a new carpet coming on friday. However i can barely move through the agony.
