Does this sound normal to you? (Blood sugar related)

I ate porridge at 9am.
At 12 I ate a couple of ryvita with peanut butter at work before heading out. Walked about a mile to a shop to do an errand. When I got there I was starting to feel almost lightheaded, I had to eat something before I walked back to work to have lunch.

Am 29, slim, not pregnant. I often get things like that - even though I’ve eaten not long ago?

I don't like to go too long between meals, but, if you have porridge at 9am, that is a late breakfast, so to be feeling a bit faint by midday does sound unusual to me.

With most things medical, the time to be worried is when what is normal for you changes.

That would be normal for me. I have pcos and am clearly sensitive to blood sugar changes.

OP are you stressed or suffering with anxiety? Adrenaline and cortisol can massively affect blood sugar like this.

Thanks all. Tolles no not stressed and no anxiety.

That’s interesting euro as a couple of times I’ve read about PCOS and thought I match some of the symptoms.
