Dumbo remake

Has anyone seen this film? My 5 and 7 year old want to go and see the movie however it says in many reviews that there are dark scenes which may disturb them?
I'm not usually one to believe reviews however they keep mentioning the dark scenes and not elaborating on what they mean by that so I'm here to ask if anyone has seen it and if you found it suitable for your children.

I watched it with my just 5yo. He loved it but he did get v sad and we both of us cried a few times. So as long as you can put the arms up on the seats and snuggle up you'll be fine!
