Stay awake or have a nap?

Have been ill recently and getting about two hours of sleep a night. Then yesterday (Sunday) I slept from 7AM to 8:30PM. Blush thing is, this isn't sustainable!

Do I try and stay up all day today? I'm already tired. Or do I have a nap? But Naps have a tendency to overrun here Blush

How do I stay up? I'm prone to sleeping sat up when very tired!

Have a nap but have it as early as possible-now even and set and alarm. 2 hours max.

I was thinking that! I have slept through alarms..

I was thinking 7:30-9:30?

Nap now. Set your alarm, or get someone to phone you to wake you, at lunchtime. If you get 4-5 hours now then you can stay up for the rest of the day and then hopefully still be tired enough to go to bed later tonight around 10/11pm. The you’re back into a normal cycle.
