Racing heart but low blood pressure

Has anyone experienced this? My blood pressure recently was 93/53. My heart races... I suffer a lot with anxiety, but could this be connected to the low b/p?

Yes but lower BP. I have POTS. It’s worse when I’m pre-menstrual, overheated or dehydrated.

Go to the GP and ask for bloods and cardiology referral. I needed a lot of tests like the tilt test etc. My heart is normal but I have poor venous tone. I also had similar symptoms through anaemia and a thyroid problem. Both of which showed up on bloods.
