Best chicken filling for wraps?

I bought chicken breasts to make a chicken filling for tortilla wraps. I have barbecue sauce, lettuce, peppers, cherry tomatoes etc. Please tell me how to make the chicken.. I'm thinking cutting it into strips and stir frying. At which point do I add barbecue sauce?

Thanks!

How do you want it to be, like a wet filling like a sandwich filler you buy?

Anyway, what I would do in your circumstance is butterfly the breasts, add salt and pepper, maybe paprika or ground garlic and griddle them on high heat (or fry), getting them nice and crisp on both sides but still juicy in the middle as they will cook quicker butterflied. Then I would rest a couple of mins and then slice. I would just add the bbq sauce after, as part of assembling the wrap.

@obvious - thank you, that is exactly the type of filling I was looking for. Not too dry but not wet either.
