Baby keeps sucking his fist

11 weeks old and just found his fist this last week and seems to be constantly trying to Eat it.
At first I thought he was hungry but he does it after a feed too. Surely he can't be teething already?

If he's not hungry then it's probably just the novelty factor of being able to do it and maybe he finds it soothing too. Would be surprised if it was teething but if he's had red cheeks and a really grim nappy recently then could be! They were always DS's tells.

Could easily be teething.

It would be a perfectly nornal age for teething

Likely teething, my dc cut her first tooth at 11 weeks and one monthly thereafter.

Doesn't have to be teething at all, just that he's discovered his hands.

DC2 did it constantly from a similar age until about 7 months, when he got more interested in picking up things to look at them. He didn't cut his first tooth until 10 months so it wasn't teething for him.

Novelty factor. Wait until he discovers his feet.
