Anyone recommend a family friendly 4/5 Star Hotel Devon

Looking for 2 nights Devon as a stopover. Want pool, spa and maybe something on in hotel at night. Something like Celtic Manor in Cardiff

Very family friendly, nice pool and different levels of accommodation.
Not quite Celtic Manor but might work for you.
