You haven't said where you live, and you don't seem very clear on exactly what you need (child minder or nanny?)

There's a 'childcare' section in Talk. Have a look in there to get more of an idea about what you're looking for. Once you've narrowed it down a bit, you could post for recommendations - either there or on the local boards.

You could ask local mums for recommendations too, and I found childcare.co.uk good.

Small people should never be seen by anybody. They should be kept out of sight in boxes like hairpins and buttons. I cannot for the life of me see why children have to take so long to grow up. I think they do it on purpose.
