Does everyone get a puffy face with uneven skin tone and circles under eyes during their period? Feel like most women look the same throughout the whole month unlike me :(

But I do get an almighty rage mixed with a highly dramatic internal wailing and ALWAYS forgot it’s because of my period

I get dark circles that get worse and I spotted myself the other day it made me look ill. The bastard is due any second and yesterday I wanted to kill everyone just for being alive then Cried at a video of a puppy falling over...

Yea to a certain extent - I think I'm more tempted by "comfort" food during that time e.g. sugary things but even when I resist these cravings, I feel like I still get the skin changes.
