A couple of weeks ago I posted asking for lemon curd recommendations. Quite a few of you recommended Tiptree which I finally got round to buying on Wednesday. OMG ... soooo nice. I had planned to have it on hot cross buns but ended up having it on chocolate chip brioche and really enjoyed it. So much so I've also bought (to try over the weekend) lemon curd yogurt and I've just found a recipe on line for lemon curd cake which I'll bake over Easter ☺
