Any recommendations for cheap and cheerful, and small, wheely cases/bags?

I need two, so don't want to spend a fortune but still want something sturdy enough to last a few years at least.

I've been browsing Amazon where I've seen some as cheap as £12.99 with ok reviews but I thought I'd ask here too, before I order anything :)

Go to TK Max. They have tonnes of suitcases, often very cheap and often much cheaper for good quality than you'd pay elsewhere.

Primark suitcases are great. DH travels a lot on business and they last 3 or 4 years which is fair enough for the price I think.

IKEA cabin bags are great. They fold down quite flat when you aren’t using them. Ours must be 10 years old and are still going strong.

I like the It Worlds lightest ones but they are about £30 from Argos and Matalan.

The design means you can get more in them and being lighter means it takes up less of your 10 kg carry on allowance.

Check the sizes carefully if you use Ryanair as some cabin bags are fine for other airlines but too big for them.

The Matalan It ones definitely.
I have the big cases and the carry ons and after about 6 years of being bashed about about 6 times a year one is just starting to look a bit needy. The big ones were about £35 and the little ones £18 at the time.

Facebook I found brand new unused luggage on there some people buy fantastic products and never get around to it

I had one from Dunelm last year and it's been great. It was under £30. Has lots of pockets, a good handle and wheels nicely.

@slipperywhensparticus, I never thought to check fb! I'll look and see what's on there before I go elsewhere.

Wolfhounds I did have a quick look at the Primark ones earlier in the week when I went for school tights for dd2 (again ). I wasn't sure what they'd be like quality wise so that's good to see.

@BarbaraofSevillle I'm not flying so no worries there - although fellow public transport users would probably appreciate smaller bags since there will be eight of us travelling together!
