Have recently handed my notice in at work and have been told I don't need to work it and I will get full pay apparently certain clicky staff have complained about me ,I left due to clickiness, manager didn't even call me in and question me about it made her decision on there say so I am so disappointed to leave this way and upset how nasty people can be has anyone else experienced this feeling terribly sad right now.

No experience of this no, but to be honest if I left a job I didn't like, and was paid my notice without having to work I would be pretty happy about it! Look on the bright side, you don't ever have to go back there

I think it sound awful and I would be glad to have a week or two to myself before starting a new job.

Hollowvictory · 05/04/2019 12:54

By clicky do you mean a clique? Or what does clickiness mean?
Enjoy paid time off, you hate them anyway, it's a win for you

I handed in my notice for a job I hated. Well, the job was ok but I hated my micromanaging boss.

I had to work there for 6 more weeks and then try to train my replacement in 4 days.

Be grateful for small mercies
