3 payment numbers in one month have been issued to us. None of them are correct. £60 has been payed overall but none of it has been credited to us.
They've also cut off our supply for no reason and we'll probably be cut off later today due to them taking our money but not crediting us.
And they've told us we have to prove these payments.
And they were shitty on the phone.
And we're forecast snow.
