Boost energy - anyone else have problems?

3 payment numbers in one month have been issued to us. None of them are correct. £60 has been payed overall but none of it has been credited to us.

They've also cut off our supply for no reason and we'll probably be cut off later today due to them taking our money but not crediting us.

And they've told us we have to prove these payments.

And they were shitty on the phone.

And we're forecast snow.

I'm so exhausted with them I'm cryingSad

Anyone else use this excuse of a power company? They make me pine for e-on!

You need to ring them, ask for a manager and tell them they have x number of day to sort out the payment problem and if they don’t or if you are cut off today then you will complaining to Ofgem.

We've just done that Jack. They've said 48hrs to connect this third card to our account but until then we can't credit our account and we'll lose our supply today.

Off to phone ofgem.

Do you have vulnerable people in the house? Disabled person, older person or a young child? If yes then mention it.
