I reckon some tulips grow after they're cut.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Told you it was boring as all feck.

I got two lovely bunches of cut flowers, one tulips, one mixed, on Sunday. Both are wilting a bit today. Sad

when they're still buds? Or when they're open? I stopped buying them years ago because they don't seem to last any time at all once they're open.

Maybe the water where you are is magic in some way Grin

Oh yes they always grow massively once cut!
Glad it's not just me

JaneEyre07 · 03/04/2019 23:03

Yes they do, and will gravitate towards the light. I love them.

itsinchicago · 03/04/2019 23:19

Yeah they do - you arrange them neatly in a vase, turn your back on them for a couple of hours and they rearrange themselves, all artistic and droopy. I like them for it.

I do love a good tulip!

But these are disturbing me, growing at different rates, displeasing bastards.
