50/50 and each having equal child rearing costs sounds perfectly fair Ella? All parties have equal ability to earn and equal costs and responsibilities in that case.

@Peacocking Even when both parties work ft but ex is on £105k+ pa and I'm on £23k? Because personally I don't think it very far that were still in a damp rented two-bed five years on while he remains in the five-bed executive family home with four bathrooms and a weekly cleaner! We have rails instead of wardrobes etc and I took me a year to save for bunk beds for the boys. Just gifted the luxury of a tumble dryer...
