If you like chocolate, how often do you eat it, and how much do you eat on each occasion?

Idle curiosity.

I go through phases of eating loads of chocolate-several bars (3) a day, or bags of chocolate raisins, revels, Maltesers or minstrels. One bag a day, not several. Other days I don't have any at all. Sometimes for a week or more.

If pregnant I can't stomach the stuff at all but if breastfeeding it's a major food group Grin

I can resist though and already have chocolates stored for Christmas (were on offer) which won't be touched until Christmas Eve or maybe a day or two before.

Cadbury's is shit these days so I don't bother with their products often although wispa is still ok. Not keen on dark chocolate at all and it doesn't satisfy my chocolate cravings. I also like it cold from the fridge. Maltesers are kept in the freezer. Warm chocolate makes me feel sick.

My cholesterol level is excellent and I'm a normal weight so no need to worry about my consumption levels but the message of "bad foods" is a hard one to shake off.

Sorry, if disjointed, I shouldn't create threads when sleepy but my brain goes off at random tangents at night and I like to ponder things. So please share your chocolate eating tendencies with me so I feel less of a gluttonSmile

I don't eat all that much. Not because i don't like it, rather just because i don't think about it so forget top buy any and i'm not bothered enough to make a special trip out for any. When i do have it, i have one normal size bar or six to eight squares of a larger bar at a time,in a day. I kinda can take it or leave it tbh

Most days at 9pm I have a small amount of chocolate with a cup of tea. Lindt mint balls or green and black’s milk with sea salt usually.

I don’t eat puddings, exercise lots and am a healthy weight.
