Cow and gate colic and constipation formula

Hi,
My little one has been on sma pro since birth, but from around 2-3 weeks old began getting very gripy, crying, putting his legs up to his bum etc. So I put it down to colic and slight constipation, even though he does poo every other day (but he struggles and is in pain when doing it). I have tried anti colic bottles, infacol, gaviscon, colief, boiled water, sugar water and gripe water. Nothing seems to solve the gripes in his tummy.
I have purchased a comfort milk being cow and gate, could I have some reviews on this product please.
Any other suggestions/advice would be appreciated 😊
Thanks

I’ve used this for my DD since she was 2 weeks old on advice given by HV, DD was a different baby once she started this milk. No more griping, crying, hardly taking any milk. It really did help her, obviously can’t say it will work for you but I would definitely give it a try.

I used this years ago when my now 11 year old was colicky and constipated. Worked like a charm thankfully. But.... she hadn’t pooed much for the first few weeks of her life so after a few days on her new formula she began crapping for England. I was assured it was to be expected but even so, I was alarmed by the sheer amount. Dr brown bottles and infacol also helped with the wind which she still had.

My baby has been on this now for 2 days and has had a black poo with green in it. Is this normal I just assumes he is flushing everything out. Any ideas?

My baby is 8 weeks old and I have switched milk from sma pro to cow and gate colic and constipation formula. He has been on this for 2 days and has produced a black and green looking poo. Has anybody else had this? He seems fine within himself, feeding and sleeping as usual, just a different stool to what he’s previously had which was a yellowy colour. Any advice would be much appreciated Smile
