Help me feed my baby!

I have a 14 month old and currently pregnant in my first trimester. I’m struggling to feee myself and to open the fridge and the thought of food makes me gag. So I’m in complete shut down on food.

It’s making me avoid giving my baby some foods he usually used to eat. Eggs make me gag absolutely. He has also become fussy,.

Can someone give me ideas of foods that don’t smell so bad and don’t look revolting that I can make for baby for a balanced diet, I feel so bad!

Green veg is often a bit eggy too!
Nothing wrong with a few uncooked meals - lunch could always be cucumber, avocado, toast with peanut butter, cheese cubes, hummus etc, won't do little one any harm, esp as weather gets warmer.

Can your partner make up plates of sandwiches, picnic food etc for you and the toddler so you don’t have to do much prep?

Dinner-wise how about making some slow cooker stuff? Often can get away without browning things with the right recipe

Pasta with a tomato and veg sauce made the night before?
