Help me figure out my mornings?

DS (9 months) is about to start at the childminder in a couple of weeks and DH and I keep talking about a morning routine but finding it really hard to figure out, so I thought I'd ask for tips! DS and I will need to leave the house at 7.45am, DH at 8. At the moment DS wakes at around 6/6.30, has breakfast (solids) at around 6.45 then a bottle at 8 - I know that's the wrong way round but he never wants his bottle until then, even though we've dropped all the night feeds. He does drink some water before his breakfast. He will only eat finger foods for breakfast and eats a fair amount, I think (e.g. this morning, 1 weetabix and about half a pear) but it takes him frigging ages - he's normally in his highchair at least half an hour. He'll have missed breakfast at the childminder's so can't eat there and it feels a bit cheeky to hand him over at 8 and say 'oh, he needs a bottle NOW'. I'm sure I'm being very silly and making a big meal out of nothing (I can feel all the mothers of more than one child or whose DPs aren't around in the morning rolling their eyes at me!) but I'm struggling to work out how to get everyone fed, dressed and out the house - help me, wise mumsnetters, please?!

We’ve got to get me, DH, DS1 (6) and DS2 (3) out by 8 each morning.

6:45 alarm...DSs appear in our bed (if they haven’t migrated there overnight)
7:00 DH into shower, I dress DS2 and brush his teeth whilst jollying DS1 along
7:20 DH is washed and shaved and I shower whilst he dresses and stops WW3 breaking out
7:30 DH takes DSs downstairs, makes porridge, brioches, warm milk, juice, tea and coffee depending on everyone’s requirements
7:40 I’m washed, dressed and down
7:55 kerfuffle getting together Beaver uniform/latest school requirements that DS1 didn’t mention (homework is done after work and put straight back into his school bag)
8:00 DH loads DSs into his car whilst I stack dishwasher
8:02 off we go

Which I think gives you almost half an hour to feed DS? Can you take a made up bottle? DS2 is not a quick eater and sometimes we wrap up his brioche and he exits to the CM clutching it.

Thank you, that's helpful! I hadn't thought about taking a bottle with us but that could be an option.
