How to cope with Stress?

Anybody living in a very stressful situation who can give me some pointers on dealing with Stress.

I have had counselling in the past and it works but when it finishes then you still have to keep on going.

I have 4Dc. Dd1 has ASD. Dd2 has lots of issues including anger, school refusal, school truancy, running away etc but no diagnosis. Ds2 is about to get an ADHD diagnosis but is also a school refuser.

So today 2 kids not at school because they won't go. We have social services input and people working with Dd2 and Ds2 but it is still all incredibly stressful.

Today isn't a good day. I am not coping and when they don't go to school I am house bound.

What can I do. My jaw is permanently clenched and it's giving me a headache.

Dh is helpful and supportive but one of us needs to work so he isn't here 8 -6

Maybe go for a walk in the sun to the park and afterwards do a kids guided meditation together?

I can't get them to leave the house.

Maybe just sit in your garden in the sun then?

Thank you Snog. I was able to get out for awhile when Dh came home.

Feeling a bit more optimistic today.
