Nice pyjamas for larger people

I’m around a size 18 but like my PJs to be baggy so at least a size 20 to 22. I usually wear ones that are trousers with t-shirt style tops. I’m going to be in hospital for a while and I want nice PJs that are soft and comfy also. Any advice please? Thank you.

Primark have some nice pyjamas not too expensive either.

Thank you. :) I looked at Primark recently but I was a bit worried about their sizing not being very generous but maybe I need to look again.

ASDA do plus size and pretty cheap

ChittyChittyBoomBoom · 01/04/2019 14:46

Sainsbury’s 😊

Another vote for Primark. I've had some lovely PJs from there.

TansyViola · 01/04/2019 15:15

I find primark good

SudoWouldnt · 01/04/2019 15:20

I like soft comfy pyjamas with plenty of stretch and always buy from Tesco.

I'm a 16 and have at times been smaller/ larger and found them suitable at all sizes. They usually sell as separates as well so you can buy what size suits you for each half.

Cyberjammies.

They're just what you are describing.

I’m a similar size and love soft jersey type pjs, comfy, look presentable despite being pjs and feel nice too. A few places to try:

Debenhams - absolute favourites are Ted Baker but they tend to be a tad pricier. Size 18 is more than generous on them. Also check Jasper Conran and debenhams sleep brand ranges.

M&S - particularly their autograph collection but to be honest a lot of their standard range is also softer jersey type now

Asda - cheaper than the two above and great when they have sizes in stock, but I tend to find a bit more hit and miss!

poshredrose · 01/04/2019 15:27

I buy mine from Asda but the mens section. The trousers are a great length and the tops are always a t-shirt style

BlueMerchant · 01/04/2019 15:28

I like Peacocks. I find the PJs sizing v v generous. I'm a 14. I get a 10/12 in jamas and they are on the larger side on me!

shumway · 01/04/2019 15:30

I have some nice M&S pjs.

Notanalien · 01/04/2019 15:40

I was very pleasantly surprised by Sainsbury's pjs. They have lots of soft fabrics and in larger sizes - I never find anything in primark that's my size!

Defender90 · 01/04/2019 15:42

Another vote for Primark, sizing very generous and you can mix and match to get tops and bottoms in a style you prefer as well as matching sets.

Idontmeanto · 01/04/2019 15:42

Sainsbury’s are fab

BikeRunSki · 01/04/2019 15:55

BAM

Expensive but lovely and nice and roomy (I’m a 14/16 and size down ).
