Other than Toast or asparagus what would go ?

What would go well with soft cooked eggs other than toast or asparagus spears?

Mashed up in a cup with butter or a nice poached smoked haddock.

Spinach sauteed in butter, then on a muffin. Egg on top.

Spears of purple sprouting broccoli.

Wrap Parma ham round the asparagus

Slices of ham, or go whole hog and have eggs benedict

sliced beef tomato, avocado and lots of black pepper

Baked beans. Yum

Chips!

Toast, obviously, why would you need anything else?

Black pudding

Sausage ,bacon and beans,hash browns if still peckish.

Little roast potatoes, potato cakes, bubble and squeak or hash browns

Other bread like things; pita, bagel, crumpets, muffin, etc

Shashuka (soft eggs in tomato sauce) or Turkish eggs in yoghurt.

Smoked salmon.
Bacon or sausage.
Mushrooms and/or spinach

Use the egg to top a salad.

I sometimes cook a portobello mushroom then stick salmon on top with a poached egg

Hash browns and bacon or fried potato cakes and black pudding

I just had 2 in a wrap with some ham, mashed avocado with chilli lime and tomato and some spinach leaves. Was a wrap that had to eaten with a knife and fork but was very nice

Lightly curried new potatoes
Bacon cooked in the oven until really crispy

Grilled large flat mushroom with a slice of grilled black pudding on top , then soft poached egg with lots of black pepper.

Kimchi fried rice, yum.
