Went to my local shopping centre yesterday and they had stalls up for gifts for mothers day. There was a cheese stall that had...interesting choices. Chocolate cheese, sticky toffee cheese, these made me feel queasy. A ridiculously mature cheddar which was nice but a single bite was enough. Red wine and onion cheese and a chive cheese was awesome but the best find was raspberry cheese!
It tastes just like a smooth raspberry ice cream and it was awesome.
Has anyone else tried similar or something that surprised you?
