Implant removal, no period???

My implant ran out in February, I had it removed on the 4th March. The dr said my periods would return as normal but I've still not had anything, I was due on 25th so I'm almost a week late. I've taken multiple test and all are negative. Has anyone else had this? Is it normal?

Some people can find it takes a while for their cycles to return to normal, if they've been on hormonal contraception a long time. However, it could be that you are pregnant and are testing too early, so I'd probably still do a pregnancy test once a week or so until AF comes back, and obviously keep using other contraception if you're not planning to get pregnant. I don't know how long it takes for cycles to get back to normal - a couple of months maybe?
